This cat lives on our hill, it’s blind in one eye and totally old and scraggly. However, it loves a cuddle, and as you can see in this picture is a friendly contented little thing. There’s a very funny story involving a neighbour and this cat and an apparent reincarnation, but that’s a story for another time. I never thought i’d be the kind of person to blog about a cat, i always preferred cats to dogs, and always harboured a dream to have a cat and call it Eva (pronounced A-va, this cat would have a german accent and a purr like marlene dietrich) but i never had my own. However the boyfriend moved in, bringing two ruffian toms with him, and now i coo over the slightest hint of kitty. Sometimes i think i’m only one step away from being a batty old woman.
